1. Services offered
Salitter LLC provides:
Coaching Sessions (individual and group)
Digital products and resources
Detox and wellness protocols
Educational workshops and courses.
All content is for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Coaching Agreement
By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge:
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling.
Results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own effort and application.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Support Boundaries:
Support outside scheduled sessions is available via text or voice note as agreed, but responses may be limited to business hours.
Confidentiality:
All personal information shared in coaching sessions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law (such as harm to self or others).
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full or via an agreed payment plan at the time of booking.
Chargeback Policy:
Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with Salitter LLC first is considered a breach of these terms. We actively dispute chargebacks and may pursue further action, including but not limited to:
Revocation of product or service access
Reporting to fraud monitoring databases
Legal action if necessary
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of coaching, digital products, and wellness protocols, we do not offer refunds, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us directly at salitter.studio@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Refrain from sharing, copying, or redistributing our intellectual property.
Use our products and services in a lawful manner.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, PDFs, and protocols, is the intellectual property of Salitter LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services or products. All guidance and recommendations are provided for educational purposes and you should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
8. Dispute Resolution
You agree to contact us to attempt an informal resolution before pursuing legal action or contacting your bank for a chargeback.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continues use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Classes & Events Policies
1. Arrival Times
Please plan to arrive on time to the class or event as we cannot guarantee accommodation for late attendees and this may be disruptive to others.
2. Refunds
We ask that attendees purchase classes online mindfully as we do not offer refunds on classes at this time. If you purchase a class but are unable to attend we will issue you a credit for the amount. If you wish to transfer your purchase to a loved one, or have any other questions - please let us know by contacting salitter.studio@gmail.com.
3. Attendee Behavior
We ask that all attendees practice respect, kindness, and confidentiality with others. We strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where people can feel they belong. Intoxication from drugs or drink is also not tolerated. Salitter and the hired practitioners reserve the right to ask someone not upholding these values to remove themselves from the studio.
4. Confidentiality
What happens at Salitter stays at Salitter. You may be a witness to someone sharing something very personal or releasing a difficult emotion. We ask everyone to be respectful of this and to treat others the way you wish to be treated - by not gossiping or oversharing about other attendees.
5. Questions or Complaints:
We hope to satisfy everyone but realize that is not always possible. Should you have any issues or questions please let us know in confidence by email giving us details and a suggestion of how we can resolve the situation. We will act as quickly as possible to rectify the situation.
6. Cancellation:
Although unlikely, sometimes things or weather happens. Salitter reserves the right to cancel a class or event. You will be notified by email as soon as possible. In cases where a reschedule is possible your reservation will be moved to a later date and applied. If you are unable to attend that date please reach out to us so we can credit you.
